- William Fisher managed economic development programs for the US State Department and the US Agency for International Development in the Middle East, Latin America and elsewhere for more than 30 years. He served in the international affairs area of the administration of President John F. Kennedy. Earlier, he did public relations and fund-raising for a number of national and international not-for-profit organizations, including hospitals and social service groups.
